How can I track my order?
You can track your order here https://www.dhl.it/it/express/ricerca.html using the id number you have received by e-mail after your order online.
What are the shipping time?

Th time varies depending on the destination:

- In Italy: from 2 to 3 working days

- In Europe: from 3 to 4 working days

- Extra Europe: from 5 to 7 working days

In which countries do you ship your products?

All over the world.

Extra-European shipments involve customs costs which must be paid at the time of the delivery.

How is processed the delivery?
We manage our deliveries by DHL, to the address given on the order online.

RETURNS

How to ask a return
The return can be asked in a week after the order online and the shipping costs are charged to the customer..
